Prsnt, a UK-based startup, collaborated with us to create a digital gifting platform for personal and corporate users. The solution makes gift sending as easy as sending a text and allows to pick them up in-store while integrating essential tools like CRM, analytics, and payment systems to support their growing operations.
CHALLENGE
In 2020, the UK's e-gifting market surged to £1.6 billion, driven by a 117% year-on-year increase in digital product sales. Despite this growth, Prsnt’s incomplete MVP and fragmented processes risked losing traction in this competitive space. These obstacles hindered their ability to capitalize on the expanding market and meet rising consumer expectations.
SOLUTION
We helped Prsnt rebuild their MVP for scalability, develop a feature-rich mobile app for seamless gifting, and streamline operations with a custom ERP.
