After a faulty tool, the lender was back where they started. They couldn't match their 1C scoring with spreadsheets. No one knew where a lead came from, what stage it was at, or who should follow up. They couldn't answer the basics: which campaign worked, who hasn't called, and where are we losing people? Without trustworthy data, they reacted instead of planning.
Solution
Rebuilt the process piece by piece: scoring, agent actions, visit scheduling, document tracking, and campaign attribution. Now it all works together for microfinance operations, running on data the team can trust. Call logs sync, leads are tracked end to end, approvals are managed centrally, and documents go out via Viber from the app. The system shows what is happening, when, and who is responsible.
