A global education organisation's 145 institutions were run on a 15-year-old system built on outdated, single-version PHP. It was hard to maintain, could not adapt, and schools worked independently, which bred inconsistency. The system also struggled with different languages and standards, causing planning, reporting and communication problems across regions.
Solution
Replaced the disconnected legacy system with an academic platform offering personalised access, instant synching of actions like scheduling, and a centralised data repository. Automated tools facilitate faculty planning, live program catalogues, a shared resource library, graduation tracking and real-time dashboards. The platform is multilingual, offering English, Spanish, Russian and Romanian.
