Challenge
As Lensa's e-commerce grew and its showrooms expanded, the systems stopped talking to each other. Inventory, customer data, and order processing were hard to manage across channels. Without real-time integration, customers got inconsistent service, stock ran out, and sales were missed. There was no unified system to automate marketing or personalize the experience modern shoppers expect.
Solution
We built a comprehensive ERP and mobile app that connect HRM, inventory, sales, pricing, and marketing automation. Data updates in real time across e-commerce and physical stores. The platform centralizes inventory, customer data, and order fulfillment, and the mobile app syncs with the ERP so the team can track stock, manage customers, and close sales from anywhere. We also advised on cost-effective technology and ran in-house training so the team could run it themselves. The ERP is now their main sales channel, driving 50% of total sales.
