Project Overview

Many parents still believe that “Bătaia ruptă din rai” (beating is a gift from heaven) is the way to discipline children. Approximatively 60% of kids aged 2–14 face the consequences—lost confidence, fear, and damaged self-esteem—limiting their potential in society. Parenting expert Urania Cremene sought to change this by providing science-based resources. Together, we developed an app offering trusted education, workshops, and training for parents, while integrating modular systems to efficiently manage business resources.

Challenge

Being a parent is not an easy thing. Thus at least one should be able to have quick access to educational resources that are trusted and tested. Parents.app started as a social media community for parents to chat and join webinars. While this was a helpful starting point, the approach had its limitations—manual processes made scaling difficult, and the reliance on external SaaS tools for business administration drove up costs. To create a better solution, we partnered to build a comprehensive parenting suite that transforms how parents learn and make the business easier to manage.

Solution

As a digital transformation facilitator EBS worked x All About Parenting to integrate four core components to make this vision a reality into a single, comprehensive platform—which is the application. The app as a core element offers role-based dashboards. One to give parents easy access to learning tools and the other to automate business resources management behind the scenes. So how does it all work? The platform works for both families and the business. It manages payments, supplies, and operations to keep the business running smoothly. For parents, it offers workshops, resources, and an AI chatbot for support. It also uses AI to send personalized messages, helping the business grow while staying connected with families. Everything is in one simple system.
