CEO Vitalie Aremescu founded the company in response to this fundamental sense of evolution. "I realised that I needed to evolve" he shares in an interview with Wall-Street.ro. Today, that same impulse continues to run a company that besides offering technology expertise, also prioritizes to teach others the importance of evolving in an ever-changing environment.

How Did EBS Integrator Start?
Fourteen years ago, it all began with a natural instinct to grow, adapt, and take on new challenges. With a team of sharp minds by our side, we set out to turn software into a practical tool.
As Vitalie reflects on the early days, he recalls with a smile:
We didn’t start from scratch though...
But those early days definitely felt like we were making things up as we went, relying more on guts and improvisation than any sort of playbook.
We weren’t here to get caught up in the latest tech jargon; we focused on creating real value through technology in a country that was falling behind in technology implementation—being that supportive hand to help businesses rise.
As we grew, so did our understanding of what truly drives this industry: creating real value for our clients while continuously improving. And that drive to do better? It’s still going strong and ready for the next challenge!.

Can You Share Some Successful Transformations in Retail?
In retail, it’s essential to take a holistic view of the business landscape.
You have to look at it all from a macro perspective. (Vitalie explains, referring to the interconnected nature of sales channels, logistics, inventory, and customer management)
We specialize in ensuring that these systems work together seamlessly, helping businesses avoid operational bottlenecks. A great example of this is Lensa, a client that came to us with a simple marketing app.
We started by developing a marketing tool, but as the market grew and their needs evolved, we expanded it into a full digital ecosystem that’s now a key sales channel
Lensa ERP serves as a central hub, connecting and managing systems like sales, HR, warehouse, and marketing, allowing departments to share data and collaborate efficiently under one roof.
Solely the app now accounts for 40% of Lensa’s total sales, and it has contributed significantly to their market growth. Moreover, in the first half of 2022 alone, Lensa opened 10 new stores across Europe and recorded a 68% increase in revenue.

One of our standout projects has been with Oobit, a fintech company specializing in crypto payments. The most recet update with them was integratig Oobit’s Tap & Pay solution, enabling users to make cryptocurrency payments at any Visa or Mastercard terminal worldwide. Overall the application we developed simplifies crypto payments, making them as easy as using traditional methods.
Oobit allows users to easily pay with crypto in-store, send funds to friends, and manage multiple cryptocurrencies.
