Challenge
The week had room for the documents or for the client, rarely both. The BRD was written by hand, the diagrams rebuilt in another tool, the backlog retyped into Teamwork. Anything visual meant briefing a designer, waiting for the queue, then fixing what the brief had lost in translation. A prototype took a week and never came out the same twice. The judgment clients actually pay analysis for happened in whatever time was left.
Solution
What the client buys is thinking, and now they get more of it. The BRD, the user scenarios, the flow diagrams and the backlog with the tasks in Teamwork are drafted in the time that used to go into typing them. The design brief writes itself, validated with the client, and their idea comes back as clickable prototype the same session. Every step passes the analyst (and the system remember the stage), giving more hours back to the analytical thinking (diving into the essence).
